This detached, air-conditioned villa sleeps up to 14 people and offers three floors: a semi-basement with a 35 m² bedroom for up to 6 people and an en-suite bathroom; a ground floor with three double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, a pantry, a drying area, a laundry area, and access to the garden with a private, year-round heated pool at no extra cost; and an upper floor with a suite bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace offering spectacular views of the islet of Lobos and Lanzarote.
